Placing Orders and Paying Online
UPPAbaby directly fulfills all orders placed online. If there is an issue with your order, you will receive an email within 2-3 business days. Only online orders are accepted. We will not accept orders by phone, email, post mail, or fax. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Please DO NOT send credit card numbers through email. COD orders are not accepted. If you have issues using this website to place your order, please make sure your web browser has been updated to a recent version.
Damaged package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the order date to uk@uppababy.com. We are responsible for goods until they are delivered into your physical possession or to a person you have identified to receive them. Please contact us promptly if your order is shown as delivered but has not been received.
Spare parts purchased on UPPAbaby.co.uk are not covered under warranty.
UPPAbaby does not refund the difference or price match items due to price adjustments, sales, or discounts of any kind.
VAT and Shipping
VAT is applied to applicable orders. VAT collected will be reflected on your sales order confirmation and invoice. Orders ship within an estimated 2–3 business days after it has been processed by UPPAbaby.
UPPAbaby UK ships to England, Scotland, and Wales. We do not ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. All orders are shipped via APC. A signature is not required for delivery.

Expected delivery for orders is between 5–10 business days after it ships.
Order Changes
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order information provided is correct. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is placed.
If an incorrect ship to address is entered on an order, customers must contact uk@uppababy.com.
Return Policy
Any orders placed on UPPAbaby.co.uk must adhere to the Online Orders Return Policy.
You have the right to cancel your online order for any reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. If your order is delivered in multiple parts, the cancellation period runs from the day after you receive the final item.
To cancel, contact us at uk@uppababy.com or use the cancellation form below. You do not need to give a reason.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you must send the goods back within 14 days. Goods should be returned with all parts, accessories, manuals and original packaging where possible. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if handling beyond what is necessary reduces the value of the goods.
We will refund the price paid for the goods and the standard outbound delivery charge, if paid. We will not refund any additional amount paid for premium delivery above standard delivery. We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back, or after you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

All items must meet the following requirements to be eligible for return:
Item(s) must be in new and unused condition; including all parts, accessories, manuals, and original UPPAbaby branded packaging
You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, including assembly or use beyond inspection.
Returns must arrive at the UPPAbaby warehouse within 60 days of the order confirmation date, to be eligible for a full refund.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the order delivery.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to inspect the returned item and process your refund.
Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment
If the merchandise returned does not match your original purchase or meet our return requirements, it may be subject to a deduction for diminished value fee of up to 30% and/or returned to you in lieu of a refund.
Items returned without first being authorized by UPPAbaby WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for a refund
Items cannot be exchanged
For statutory cancellation returns, we will refund the price paid for the goods and the standard outbound delivery charge. We will not refund any additional amount paid for premium delivery above standard delivery. After 14 days, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Instructions
Please email the Online Orders Department at uk@uppababy.com
Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return (please remember items must be returned new and unused).
We will let you know if your return is accepted or denied within 48 business hours. If approved, a pre-paid return label will be emailed to you.
Prepare your package
Securely pack your items
Remove any existing labels on the outside of the package
Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package
You will receive collection instructions in the communication containing your return shipping label.
Final Sale Products
Final sale items are not returnable under our goodwill returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel where applicable and your rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
The product page indicates whether an item is a final sale item. However, if your product is defective and you are legally entitled to a refund, you may contact our Support Team.
